He is one of the senior partner of Global Lawyers. Being a senior partner Nishit is actively involved in all practice areas of  the firm. Nishit currently leads the litigation practice of the firm and has extensive experience in litigation of both civil and criminal.  Nishit has also appeared in and conducted proceedings before various tribunals including CAT, DRT, CDRF. Nishit has also conducted arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution, both on behalf of plaintiff and Defendants.
